Our Flexible Beauty Salon Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your appointment. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, just call or message us to let us know.

For cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment, a $20 fee applies, as manpower and resources have already been allocated. Feel free to reach out if you’d like more details.

LATE ARRIVALS

Plans screwed up, we completely understand.

Please make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to other customers.
